Impossible de changer audio MP4 en MP3

My problem is resolved since my post : I could not record in MP3 music with the new Media Player windows 11 wich registers only in MP4. (and not in MP3 as Windows Media Player Legacy).And in my car, I can only listen to MP3 music with an USB Key. So I could transform MP4 in MP3 with a Microsoftt software (ConvertAll).
