Hi, Windows does not really provide a simple built-in tool to back up and restore only a partition table. For safety, a full-disk image is the most user-friendly option. If you specifically need GPT/partition metadata backup, tools like sgdisk from Linux/WinPE can do it, but if drives keep losing partition tables, I’d also check the enclosure, USB cable, power, and drive health.
