Icons move from the tray to the taskbar
I move icons to the tray, but after a short time it come back to the taskbar again. How can I fix that?

If you're on a personal machine, ensure no group policies or registry settings are overriding your preferences.
Good solution to drag the icons to the taskbar, or right click to fix them, also you can adjust their position by selecting which icons show up on the taskbar in the taskbar settings.
I chose which icons hide in the tray in taskbar setting, but after a while it came back again. Also I did with mouse and drag it to the tray, but it showed up again.
