I want ONLY security updates
Is it possible to set updates in a way that only security updates will be downloaded?
After the last system update kb.....28 several apps no longer worked properly. I have reset to the reset point before that update.... and everything works fin again
Is there such a setting?

Windows Update does not natively offer an option to install only security updates through the standard GUI.
Windows 11 allows you to choose to install only important security updates in the update settings
