I have some weird screen tearing problem on Windows 11

When this happens, I have to drag the window or move my mouse over it for it to render the correct stuff. I really want this to not be my hardware but at this point I'm at my wits end with this.

I've tried reinstalling my GPU drivers, I've tried opening my PC to make sure everything is connected properly, which I can say with confidence that it is.

I do not know what the issue could be and help would be very much appreciated.

Some applications or browsers use hardware acceleration which can cause tearing. Try disabling hardware acceleration in your browser or specific apps to see if it helps.

Go to Power & Sleep settings → Additional power settings → Change plan settings → Change advanced power settings. Disable Fast Startup and experiment with different power plans.
