How to Use Windows 11 Sandbox for Safe Testing

If you often download software, test unknown files, or experiment with system settings, you already know the risk involved. One wrong click can slow down your computer, install malware, or create changes that are difficult to reverse. That is where Windows 11 Sandbox becomes incredibly useful.

Windows 11 Sandbox is actually a great built-in feature for safely testing unknown apps or files without affecting your main system. You just need to enable “Windows Sandbox” from Optional Features, restart the PC, and then launch it from the Start menu. It creates a temporary isolated Windows environment where anything you test gets deleted automatically after closing the sandbox. Really useful for software testing, troubleshooting, and checking suspicious files safely.
