How to turn off future updates on Windows 11?

Is there any way to turn off all future updates on Windows 11. I just don't want my computer to update and give me that **bleep** AI co-pilot. I already got enough AI garbage in front of my face. So please how would I just disable all future updates?

    Go to Settings -> Windows Update. There is a pause option available. You can pause the updates to be installed for selected time frame.
