1. Open Registry Editor:
Press Win + R, type regedit, and hit Enter.
2. Navigate to the Visual Effects Key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\VisualEffects
3. Modify or Create Values:
You may find various DWORD (32-bit) values controlling effects:
