How to speed up or slow down a video on Windows 11?

Windows 11 doesn’t include a dedicated video speed editor, but there are a few easy options depending on how often you need to do this.

• Microsoft Clipchamp is probably the easiest choice for most users. It’s included with Windows 11 (or available from the Microsoft Store) and lets you change playback speed by selecting the video on the timeline and adjusting the speed. You can speed it up or slow it down, then export the edited video.
• If you edit videos regularly and need more control over speed changes, transitions, and effects, desktop editors such as DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro offer much more flexibility, although they have a steeper learning curve.

A few things to keep in mind:
