How to Restore Windows11 Login Screen Wallpaper Rotation
My Win11 login screen wallpaper is stuck on a fixed image and reverted to the default style. I want to restore the previous rotating wallpaper and welcome message. Please provide the steps to fix this.

Toggle Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen to On.
