I know exactly what you mean—resizing images without ending up with a blurry mess can be tricky!
Honestly, Any2Pic (https://www.uumeo.com/bulk-resize-images) is a solid choice here. It keeps everything looking sharp whether you’re making the image bigger or smaller. Perfect if you want quality without the headache, and totally worth it if you’re resizing a lot.
See it can resize my pictures in bulk.

Resizing an images on Windows 11 PC by using Paint is definitely convenient for quick edits, but there are some downsides to keep in mind. First off, while it gets the job done for basic resizing, the options can be pretty limited. You can't do fancy stuff like maintaining aspect ratios easily, or use different methods for resizing that help preserve image quality.
I remember trying to resize a couple of photos for a blog and ended up with some weird pixelation because I didn't realize that just scaling them down in Paint can sometimes mess things up a bit. If you're working with detailed images, the lack of advanced settings in Paint can leave you with a less-than-stellar result.
