How to repair Windows 11 from USB:
1. Make a Windows 11 repair usb first.
2. Connect an external hard drive (SSD/HDD) with ample space (larger than your used system drive space).
3. Use a disk management tool to create two partitions on the drive:
- A smaller FAT32 partition (e.g., 32 GB) for the rescue media.
- A larger NTFS partition for storing system images.
4. Open your backup software and use its "Create Rescue Media" function to install the recovery environment onto the small FAT32 partition.
5. Use the software's "Backup" or "Create System Image" function to save a full backup of your Windows 11 system to the large NTFS partition on the same drive.
This gives you a single, portable drive that can both boot your PC and restore your entire system (including all apps and files) exactly as it was at the time of the backup.
