Hi AVerma,
we have the same issue on SharePoint Server Subscription Edition after installing the KB5002768.
Regarding this Post from microsoft there was a similar Problem 2 years ago

The solution was to install the patch from October 2023.. maybe the August patch will fix it again.

Thanks Mat,
I tried doing it from the user interface at first, but it displayed the error message "Operation time out." Later, I used a powershell command.
Question: Before installing new Windows KBs, how can we verify the patch state?Hi AVerma,
Did you check the logs after mentioned error message appeared ? If not, run psconfigui.exe once again and when the message appears, check logs (I recommend to use ulsviewer for that).
Could you also paste the parameters you used with psconfig.exe ?

Hi AVerma,
It is related to AMSI. What was patch state before you applied the newest KB?
At the first place try tu run psconfigui.exe instead of psconfig.exe

Thanks Mat,
I attempted to run psconfigui.exe but received an operation time out error. I then tried running psconfig.exe.
How do we know the patch state before applying the new KB's?
