How to make my graphics area of the settings app go from looking like
I need to access the “browse” button under the “desktop app” button so I can set a game to run on my GPU. But the browse button is not there. So I would like a detailed guide to getting there.

Right-click your desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.
Go to Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings.
Click Add and browse to your game executable.
Set the Preferred graphics processor to High-performance NVIDIA processor.
