How to make a bootable Windows 11 for 23H2?

I need to reinstall Windows 11 Home on my PC but I don't want to go with the latest 24H2. How can I download Windows 11 23H2 ISO and make a bootable USB using the Media Creation Tool?

To reinstall Windows 11 23H2 without upgrading to 24H2, follow these steps:

  1. Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool:
  2. Run the Tool:
    • Open the Media Creation Tool and accept the terms.
    • Choose Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file), then click Next.
  3. Select Version:
    • Select the Windows 11 Home version (make sure it’s 23H2 and not the latest 24H2). If you’re unsure, choose the default options for language and architecture.
  4. Choose USB Drive:
    • Insert a USB drive (at least 8GB) and select USB flash drive.
    • Click Next, then select the USB drive from the list and proceed.
  5. Create Bootable USB:
    • The tool will now download and create a bootable USB for Windows 11 23H2. Once it’s done, you can use it to reinstall Windows.

Just make sure your PC is set to boot from USB, and you’re good to go!
