How to install Windows 11 on MacBook Pro 2019 with Intel CPU
If you have heard, Windows 11 includes some registry keys you can add during the Setup in the bootable media that can bypass the TPM check. Everything else is fine but you need to add this registry key after booting from the USB:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\LabConfig\BypassTPMCheck=dword:00000001 (DWORD value)
And to be safe:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\LabConfig\BypassSecureBootCheck=dword:00000001 (DWORD value)
Then you can continue Setup normally.
Boot Camp does not do this automatically, but you can do it if you use Boot Camp Assistant to prepare the USB, and because this Mac has a T2 chip, it has Secure Boot enabled and you need to let Boot Camp modify your Secure Boot to accept Microsoft-signed bootloaders as well (to let Windows 11 boot successfully), or disable Secure Boot entirely.
Overall, I think your SSD is large enough (I have the same sized one for my Windows laptop) for Windows 11, and you have a good amount of RAM (Windows 11 requires 4GB minimum), just make sure to use the latest version of Boot Camp Assistant and use Boot Camp to install the drivers for audio, trackpad, graphics, etc.
