I totally get it, I made the same mistake myself once! I used a free tool called Dr.Partition to easily drag and resize my partitions without losing any data on my D drive. It was way easier than I expected and saved me from a full Windows reinstall.

Windows has its own tools for this.
Step 1: Open CMD as an admin
Step 2: run diskpart command: diskpart
Step 3: check available disks: list disk
Step 4: select the disk you want to extend: select disk 0
Step 5: View the partitions: list partition
Step 5: select the desired partition you want to extend: select partition 3
Step 6: Extend the partition: extend
Done!
