I totally get it, I made the same mistake myself once! I used a free tool called Dr.Partition to easily drag and resize my partitions without losing any data on my D drive. It was way easier than I expected and saved me from a full Windows reinstall.

I got the exact opposite problem. Got plenty of space on C, D drive however is almost full. Any suggestions?
