How to force win11 to use a paging file?
- Jan 24, 2025
You can try manually configuring the virtual memory settings. Go to "Advanced System Settings," click on "Settings" under the Performance section, then go to the "Advanced" tab. From there, you can change the virtual memory settings and set a custom paging file size. Ensure that the paging file is large enough to supplement your RAM. If Windows is still not using it properly, you might also want to check for any system updates or driver issues that could be affecting memory management.
Hope it helps!
