How to Fix iPhone Stuck on Restore Screen on a PC?

Hey everyone, I'm really stuck here and need some help!

My iPhone suddenly shut down and is now stuck on the restore screen with the message “support.apple.com/iphone/restore”. I've tried connecting it to my Windows computer and restoring it with iTunes, but it always errors out or gets stuck on “Waiting for iPhone”.

At this point, my phone is completely unusable and I don't know what to do next. Do I need to completely reset my phone or is there another way to fix this? If anyone has experienced this and found a solution, please let me know. I would really appreciate any help! Thanks!
