How to fix iPhone stuck in recovery mode on a Windows PC?

You’ve tried the main stuff, but a couple of things you might be missing:

• Make sure itunes is "actually" of the latest version (apple’s site one, not just the microsoft store version).
• Check if any buttons are stuck or the charging port is clogged; this can interfere with boot.
• When itunes gives you "Update or Restore," try Update first as it can fix ios without wiping your data.
• Plug straight into a rear usb port on your pc, no hubs.
• If nothing works, DFU mode’s the last resort (but yeah, that’ll erase data).

If you manage to get it back on and stuff’s missing, don’t use the phone too much it increases the chance you can still recover it.
