    I’ve seen this happen quite a few times on Windows 11 systems. In many cases, the issue is caused by background services, startup apps, Windows Search indexing, or outdated drivers consuming too many resources. A quick cleanup of startup programs and checking Task Manager usually helps identify the main culprit. Updating drivers and running a system file check also fixed the issue for me on one PC where CPU usage stayed at 100% constantly.
