My challenge is that I completed the process you describe, twice. However, the computer is done, but Windows is loaded and will not shut down. It wants to start with a new user and the only way to stop the process is to pull the plug. When I plug back in, it starts where it left off??? I am guessing my option is to trash the desktop because I can't be sure it has cleaned everything.
