How to easily trim audio files on Windows 11 PC?

Carolynyne Windows Voice Recorder is a built-in app in Windows 10 and 11 that allows you to record and make basic edits to audio files. It is simple and convenient for quick trimming tasks.

Steps to Trim Audio Using Windows Voice Recorder:

1. Open the Windows Voice Recorder app from the Start menu.
2. Click on the Record button to start recording or Import to load an existing audio file.
3. Once the audio file is loaded, select it from the list of recordings.
4. Click the Trim button (scissors icon) at the bottom of the window.
5. Use the blue handles to select the portion of the audio you want to keep and click the Save button to save the trimmed audio.
