How to easily delete watermark from photo for free?
My suggestion is Copilot. You cannot directly delete watermark from a photo within Microsoft Copilot itself. Copilot is primarily an AI-powered chat assistant and content creator, not a dedicated image editing tool with an "erase" function.
However, Copilot can be an incredibly helpful partner in this process by guiding you to the right tools and even performing the task for you in a more integrated way. Here’s a breakdown of the correct methods, from easiest to most advanced.
Go to copilot.microsoft.com and make sure you are in the Creative conversation style for the best results.
Use a specific prompt. Type a command like this for deleting watermark from images:
Remove the text watermark from this image and create a clean version using Microsoft Designer
Then, click the paperclip icon or the + button to upload the photo with the watermark.
Copilot will understand your request, use its AI model (which is powered by DALL-E 3), and generate a new, cleaned-up version of your image within the Microsoft Designer interface. This is a modern way to delete watermark from photo with AI tool.
You can preview the image generated by the AI and download it if you're happy with the result.
How it works: Instead of "deleting" pixels, the AI is generating new pixels to fill in the space where the watermark was, based on its understanding of the underlying image. This works very well for simple watermarks on uncomplicated backgrounds.
