If you are going to delete watermark from photo and if the watermark is in a simple area (like a solid-colored corner or against a clear sky), the built-in Windows Paint is surprisingly effective and already on your computer.
How to do it:
- Right-click your photo and select Edit. This opens it in Paint.
- On the Home tab, click the Eyedropper tool.
- Click on a color right next to the watermark to select it as your primary color.
- Now, select the Brush tool and pick a brush size that matches the area.
- Carefully paint over the watermark. You can use the Eyedropper again to pick up different colors as you go (e.g., from the top of a letter to the bottom).
- For straight lines, use the Line tool with the color you picked.
About deleting watermark from photo, Microsoft Paint is a viable option only for the simplest watermarks on plain backgrounds. It's a digital version of using a fine-tipped marker to cover something up. For anything more complex, the results will look messy and obvious. For your case, since you have dozens of photos, investing 10 minutes to learn the Clone Stamp in Peint,NET or the Megic Ereser in Cenve will save you hours of frustration and give you much cleaner, professional-looking results.
