Paint-NET is a great free tool for Windows that can help you delete watermark from photo, especially if you're willing to do a bit of manual editing. It’s user-friendly compared to more professional software like Photoshop. Here's a simple step-by-step guide to delete watermark from photo using Paint-NET:
How to delete Watermark from photo using Paint-NET
- Download and Install Paint-NET.
- Open Your Photo, launch Paint-NET and go to File > Open and select your photo.
- Zoom In on the Watermark:
Use the zoom tool or scroll wheel to get a close-up view of the watermark for more precise editing. - Select the Clone Stamp Tool:
In the toolbar, find the Clone Stamp Tool (it looks like a rubber stamp).
If you don’t see it, right-click the toolbar to customize and add it. - Set the Clone Source:
Hold down the Ctrl key and click on an area close to the watermark that you want to use to cover it.
Release Ctrl. - Peint Over the Watermark:
Click and drag over the watermark area.
The Clone Stamp will copy pixels from the source area and peint over the watermark.
Adjust the brush size and hardness in the toolbar as needed for more precise work. - Refine Your Work:
Continue sampling and painting until the watermark is covered smoothly.
Use the Undo button (Ctrl+Z) if needed. - Save Your Image:
Once satisfied, go to File > Save As to save your edited photo.
