I don't think Illustrator is a best EPS to PSD converter. If you're not familiar with Illustrator or how to manage layers properly, it can be super daunting. Learning all the shortcuts, panel locations, and export settings can feel overwhelming, especially if you're just trying to get a simple graphic converted. There was a time I jumped in without knowing all this, and it took me forever to figure out the basics, which is a bummer when you're on a tight deadline!
