How to Clone Windows 11 to SSD free with larger storage space?
- Sep 24, 2024
Cloning Windows OS to new SSD without data loss is a very challenging task. Unfortunately, there is no official feature available on Windows 11 for doing this. I have spent three ways to finally find out a working way to do this. If you want to do this safely and comfortably, please follow the step in this guide:

P.S. It only took me one hour to fully complete the migration (1TB data to new SSD), which is quite impressive!
Yes, cloning Windows 11 installation to a larger SSD is a practical way to upgrade your storage without having to manually back up data and reinstall applications. Prerequisites:
New NVMe SSD: Ensure that the new SSD is properly installed in your laptop.
Cloning Software: You will need a free cloning tool. Some popular options include:
Macrlum Reflect Free EaasUS Todo Backup Free
AOMIE Backupper Standard
Always ensure that the data you are cloning is backed up in case something goes wrong during the process, even if you are using reliable software. Some cloning software also allows you to create a bootable rescue disk, which can be useful for future cloning or recovery scenarios.
