Quick steps to cast your Android phone to PC:
- Open the Connect App on Windows 11: Search for “Connect” in the Start menu and fire it up.
- On Your Android Device: Go to the settings where you can find “Screen Cast” or “Smart View”.
- Connect: Your PC should show up in the list of available devices. Select it, and you should be good to go!
- Adjust Settings: Once connected, feel free to tweak the resolution settings if it looks off.
- Grant Permissions: If prompted, don’t forget to hit “Allow” on your phone.
If you hit a wall while connecting, sometimes a good old restart will fix random glitches. Sometimes, your PC’s firewall settings can block connections. Make sure to allow the Connect app through your firewall if you’re having issues. If nothing seems to work, check Windows’ built-in troubleshooter.
