As fas as I know, you can use the built-in cast function to cast Android phone to a Windows PC.
Step 1: Go to Settings > System > Projecting to this PC. Configure the settings to allow your PC to receive cast requests. Choose preferences like "Available everywhere on secure networks."
Step 2: Open Settings > Connected devices or Display. Look for Cast, Smart View, or Wireless Display (names vary by manufacturer). Tap to enable it and select your PC from the list of available devices.
Step 3: On your PC, a prompt will appear asking for confirmation to connect. Approve the connection, and your Android screen will appear on your PC.
This is a very simple to mirror or cast Android phone to PC without installing any device mirroring software.
