How to arrange the icons freely from taskbar?

While you cannot freely drag and drop taskbar icons in Windows 11 like in desktop environments or browser tabs, you can still manage your taskbar in some ways:
Pinning and Unpinning Apps:
- Right-click on an app in the Start menu or from the desktop and select "Pin to taskbar" to add it.
- For unpinning, right-click the taskbar icon and then select "Unpin from taskbar."
Still waiting for this personally. Taskbar still only has very basic functionality sadly. At least combining got a setting. Hopefully sooner rather than never will we get full functionality.
