How to Add VPN in Windows 11: A Step-by-Step Guide
Wait a second... You instructed people to first "choose" a VPN in Windows 11 Settings via "the drop-down menu".
Gee... I own 4 Windows 11 PC's; 3 laptops, one desk top. And they all unfortunately run Windows 11 Home and Pro, versions 23H2 & one which still has 22H2.
You seem so sure of the directives you gave that I could not allow OTHER readers to let you confuse them as much as you confused me. I may not use another Windows device, even if being held at gunpoint, but this 'how-to' was definitely confusing to me, my family who all know better, therefore please know the facts...
I've NEVER, not even with the PRO version, seen anything like this mysterious "DROP-DOWN LIST", as you stated so certain of yourself... & I quote "Choose a VPN provider from the drop-down list. If you don't see your provider listed, select Windows (built-in)."
Listen up... we're not reading Q/A about a product which has any more than a possible 2 star rating in internet programs here.
This is all Windows, & ever since they gave W-7 the boot, WINDOWS EVERYTHING has always been a horrible experience, & also always only listed ONE (1) VPN PROVIDER which just happened to be THE HATED 'BUILT-IN' ONE THAT YOU ALSO SLIPPED IN THERE. Haha!
And, sir? The majority of those who are reading directives in this orgy of ridiculous, non helpful "How-To's" would take one gander at how setting up a true, GOOD, and effective VPN is supposed to be configured and think back to YOUR WORDS about it being sooooo EASY. SIMPLISTIC WINDOWS 11!!
What a CROCK. Ya know? Each time in the past when I'd log into this place in hope of receiving valid HELP ended up with whichever device I was working on either ending up as my newest door-stop, or I was so incredibly misinformed by whomever that a couple ended up being donated for parts because the actual system was never going to be correctable after choosing to follow what I was being told to do, which I did very carefully.
Each LOSS ended up being a minimum of 800 bucks, so please don't take YOUR IT/STEM expertise lesson & what my opinion of it to the rest of the world too personally.
There are literally hundreds right here who are just like you, but doing a much much WORSE job dolling out false hope than this silly little "how-to" reads.
HOPE FOR THE DAY--- "For Microsoft to learn what ACCOUNTABILITY TOWARDS OTHERS means a bit more realistically"
We can always hope, right?
I no longer flush good money down the toilet. Windows/Microsoft/Bing, regardless of what version, are all far in the past.
Mac Pro's are where it's at!
Ciao!
and have a happy holiday season

every time i run Unreal Engine it crashes to this
"Plugin 'OnlineSubsystemUtils' failed to load because module 'OnlineSubsystemUtils' could not be loaded. There may be an operating system error or the module may not be properly set up."
