How many obsolete computers after October

I came across this quote today, which put, quite visually, the number of computers that could end up as landfill if they couldn't run Windows 11.

"“Roughly a fifth of devices will become e-waste due to incompatibility with the Windows 11 OS. This equates to 240 million PCs. If these were all folded laptops, stacked one on top of another, they would make a pile 600km taller than the moon.”

Although I'm not sure if he means from the earth to the moon and then another 600km, or if he means the height of the moon plus 600km!

The pile of obsolete computers would be roughly 385,000 km tall, which is about one-third of the way to the Moon.

The Moon's average distance from Earth is about 384,400 km. If the PCs were stacked, the pile would be approximately 384,400 km + 600 km = 385,000 km tall. So, the analogy implies that the stack of obsolete computers would reach the Moon and then extend another 600 km beyond.
