How Fix My Windows 11 Pro?

Okay So I Have PC That I Brought At 2022 Using Windows 11 Pro And I Still Using It Until This Day But During This PC Is Still New There No Big Problem However After This PC Getting More Older I Find Out My Windows Is Not Fine Anymores There Is Almost Everytime I Got Problem But It's Not Very Big Problem So I Just Ignore It But After Much Time The Problem Is Getting Way More Bigger Because Now Much of Driver Is Gone And Cannot Installed (Always Failed) The Biggest One Is My Nvidia GPU Driver I Already Summit A Support Ticket on Nvidia Support (2 Month+ Ago) For Fixing My Nvidia Driver But None Can Help (Here Is The Link If You Need It : https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/geforce-graphics-cards/5/565238/cannot-install-nvidia-driver-at-my-rtx-gpu/ ), So I Really Sure The Problem Is On Windows Not on My GPU Because Not Only Nvidia Driver Error But Other Device Driver Also Got Same Problem...... 
How To Fix My Windows? I Want Keep All My Data & Settings I Want Fix PC Without Changing Anythings As Much As Possible And Also I Not Want To Losing My Original Windows License Key.........
