How to Edit a PDF Document on a Mac

  1. In Finder, locate and select the target PDF file.
  2. Press the Space bar to open the file in Quick Look.
  3. Click the circular pencil icon in the upper-right corner.
  4. Insert custom text, shapes, digital signatures, or highlights as needed.
  5. Click the Done button, and all edits will be automatically saved to the original PDF file.
