For Windows 7, try the SnipTake tool for simple screenshots. It's simple, has extra editing features, and works great on Windows 11 and 10. I've been using this tool for almost two years! I like it!

I remember using Skitch to take a screenshot for my blog posts and tutorials. It was super easy to use - just launch the app, select the capture area, and voilà! You've got a screenshot. I loved how customizable it was, too. You can adjust the capture area, add annotations, and even share it directly from Skitch.
