How can I take a screenshot and paste it to a folder directly

I often need to download files and take screenshots of the recommended settings of the files. However if I want to take screenshots of the recommended settings every time I download a new file, that will take ages. Is there any quick way to just take screenshot then copy/paste it into a folder in windows11?

By default, taking a screenshot with the Snipping Tool will place an image file into your Pictures\Screenshots folder.

Have you tried Snip and sketch - but it isn't a direct copy and paste.
I do not know, if there is such a direct inbuilt app in Windows for what you are asking - unless you specifically save them in a folder.
