How Can I mirror iPhone to PC in Windows 11?
I have tried using Windows 11's built-in "Wireless Display" feature to mirror iPhone to PC screen before, and I think this method is quite convenient, especially since it is free and easy.
The basic steps are as follows:
- Make sure your iPhone and Windows 11 computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- : Enable the projection function on Windows 11:
- Open Settings > System > Project to this PC and select Any available device.
- Enable screen mirroring on your iPhone:
Open Control Center and click Screen Mirroring.
Select your Windows 11 computer to connect. - Start screen mirroring, and you can view the iPhone screen on your computer when it is completed.
- Stop projection: Open Control Center on your iPhone and click Stop Mirroring.
I tried this method, and it was actually quite smooth the first time I used it. The setup is also quite simple, and you can basically follow the steps. After the screen is mirrored, the picture is quite smooth when presenting a PPT or playing a game, and the delay is not too large. If you just want to make a simple presentation or record a tutorial, this method is completely sufficient.
However, there are some disadvantages: for example, there may be a small lag when connecting, especially if the network signal is not strong; also, in some cases, the first connection may be slow and you may have to wait a while before it stabilizes. In general, this method is suitable for general needs, but if you need a high-quality video or gaming experience, you may still need to consider other solutions.

This is not working for me. Screen Mirroring on my iPhone does not detect my laptop even though my laptop's setting to be discovered is enabled. What might I be doing wrong or missing?

You need to add in the feature. Go to settings > system > optional features. At the very top click the button next to “add an optional feature” that says “view features”, in this search box search “wireless display” and then add. It takes awhile to download.
