Deskreen is a less common but very flexible way to mirror an Android phone and a PC in the same workspace. Instead of relying on a typical phone mirroring app, it uses a browser-based connection, which makes it useful when you want a simple wireless setup without installing a heavy client on the phone. It works best on the same WiFi network and is a nice choice for presentations, quick sharing, or casual screen access.
How to mirror Android screen to PC via USB
- Download and install Deskreen on your Windows PC.
- Make sure your Android phone and PC are connected to the same WiFi network.
- Open Deskreen on the PC and wait for the QR code or connection link to appear.
- On your Android phone, open the camera or browser and scan the QR code.
- Allow the connection in Deskreen when the phone tries to pair.
- Choose the screen or window you want to share from the PC side.
- Use the phone browser as the viewing screen and adjust orientation or fullscreen mode if needed.
Deskreen is a good unusual WiFi option if you want a lightweight and browser-based setup. It may not replace a full remote-control tool for every task, but it is simple, wireless, and handy when you need quick screen sharing between your PC and Android phone.
