How can I make all new windows in Windows 11 open centered by default?

By default, Windows 11 remembers the position of the last closed window, but I want all newly opened windows to be centered vertically by default. I’ve tried modifying the registry and using third-party software to adjust the layout, but neither method has worked. I’m looking for a simple and effective way to set this as a permanent setting.
