How can I install Windows 11 on any HP laptop or desktop?
The list HP models are not compatible with Windows 11 system requirements. Some of them lack TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. You have to bypass Windows 11 system requirements and install Windows 11 on unsupported HP laptop.
Step 1: Create a new text file on your HP laptop.
Step 2: Copy and paste the following content to the text file.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PCHC]
"UpgradeEligibility"=dword:0000001
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup]
"AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU"=dword:0000001
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\LabConfig]
"BypassRAMCheck"=dword:0000001
"BypassSecureBootCheck"=dword:0000001
"BypassTPMCheck"=dword:0000001
Step 3: Change the file extension from .txt to .reg.
Step 4: Double click/tap on the downloaded .reg file to merge it.
Step 5: When prompted, click/tap on Run, Yes (UAC), Yes, and OK to approve the merge. This will help you install Windows 11 on non-compatible HP laptop.
Note: If you are unsure if your device meets the Windows 11 minimum system requirements and have Windows 10 already installed, you can download the PC Health Check app, which will assess eligibility and identify components of your device that don't meet the minimum requirements. The app will also link to info that details steps you can take to make your device meet the minimum system requirements.
