How can I get the Health Check to RUN Again?

Hi folks
anybody had a go with W11 Enterprise yet -- I might have a go updating (or attemting to update) a W10 Enterprise LTSC version - not sure what the activation servers will do there -- I've found another old laptop to test this on so will try later. My current W10 Enterprise license is VL --from workplace so it in theory should activate.
