How can I edit a pdf document on a mac for free?
Every PDF is not a full-blown word processor like Microsoft Word, but it handles the core tasks required for how to edit a PDF on Mac in a business or home environment. It excels at adding new content to existing PDFs rather than rewriting the original words.
Because Every PDF is a bit obscure, it is not on the Mac App Store. You have to get it directly from the developer:
1. Go to the official Every PDF GitHub page.
2. Scroll down to the "Releases" section to find the latest version.
3. Download the file that matches your Mac: choose arm64, dmg if you have a newer Mac with Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3), or choose x64, dmg if you have an older Intel-based Mac .
4. Open the downloaded file and drag the app into your Applications folder.
Once installed, open the app. The default language might be Korean, but you can easily change it to English by clicking the menu icon in the top-right corner.
