How can I crop PDF pages for free?
I have a few PDF documents with large white borders around the text and tables. They take up a lot of space on the screen, so I’d like to trim the edges and keep just the content. I haven’t done much...

Sejda Crop PDF would suit the “simple, no installation” part of your question. It’s a browser-based tool with limited free usage, rather than an unlimited free service.
Here’s how to approach your mixed page layouts:
- Upload your document to Sejda’s cropping tool.
- Choose Auto-crop to detect the blank margins on each page, or Crop pages individually if you want to adjust the boundaries yourself.
- Check the pages containing wider tables and leave some space around their outer edges.
- Apply the crop and download the result.
There’s also a whole-document crop option for files with consistent margins. In your case, individual cropping or automatic margin detection is safer than forcing every page into the same narrow rectangle.
The online version requires you to upload the document. Free file-size, page-count, and usage limits apply, so check those before starting a large report.
