No, the Photos app on Windows 11 does not support batch conversion of images. It only allows you to convert one image at a time. For batch PNG to JPG conversion, you can use other tools instead.
I work in design and often need to convert different image formats. I have been using Any2Pic (https://www.uumeo.com/bulk-png-to-jpg) for two years and it is pretty good overall! I recommend you to try it!

Relying on low-quality software or weird online converters can introduce errors, weird artifacts, or even malware. The last thing you want is to get a virus while trying to do something simple! Stick with reliable tools like Microsoft Paint or the Photos app. They're built-in and come from Microsoft, so you know they're safe and generally do a solid job with conversions.
After you have successfully converted PNG to JPG, when saving as a JPG, most programs like Microsoft Paint or even the Photos app will let you choose quality settings or adjust the compression. Aim for a balance where the file isn't huge, but it still looks good. Experiment a bit to figure out what works for you.
