I am having the same issue with my XP-S Dell laptop. I also have gone down the list of fixes that the above went through with no solution.
The last thing I want to hear is give up no solution just start over and restore, reset, or reinstall.
Oh my system did have the touchscreen hid driver hidden and will not enable due to a 12c hid device driver that is also hidden and will not start. It says device is not installed, but as it is touchscreen that has no damage
and has not been removed or disconnected ever. I also have an issue with bluetooth it shows that they are working yet my hyperspeed razer mouse will not pair
