I have a Surface Laptop 2 myself, no issues here and have the same driver names as in your screenshot except the Koga one and I have a Surface Pen settings and not a Skizzle pen device.. Weird..
But you do a system reset and/or roll-back to Windows 10. I suggest just reinstalling it using a USB stick and wiping (Back-up the important things first!) the whole system.

- Create Windows 11 Installation Media
- Use USB stick and format it with the tool and load the installation files on it
Boot the laptop using https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface/boot-surface-from-a-usb-device-fe7a7323-8d1d-823d-be17-9aec89c4f9f5 instructions. Install and don't upgrade but choose a new installation and wipe your current partitions..
And I never use Driver-Update tools, usually spyware/bad software

Harm_Veenstra I have two computers that no longer have the touch screen driver I have contacted a Microsoft they can't seem to even find a touch screen driver to download one of my computers I have paid almost $500 for and if Microsoft can't even help me get my touch screen back on I feel like people need to quit messing with Microsoft I have two computers
- Microsoft maintains Windows, they don't maintain hardware drivers for Dell. If you have issues with drivers, then Dell should support you on that.
If Dell can't help you, please create a new topic instead of replying on a Surface laptop topic (Yes, issue seems to be the same, but it's a different vendor and even different drivers) - How is it that my touch screen can go out on two computers I think the windows is very bad at updating drivers or keeping them on here cuz they can't even help me get it back
