help with ram usage

hey guys, 

so i have my HP laptop which is 1 year old, and i have been experiencing problems with ram.

I use my laptop mostly for surfing on internet, watching youtube, using ai, editting a video sometimes on premiere pro.

The problem is that my laptop is ALWAYS running on 50% on ram when i just sit on microsoft edge. i don't have alot of tabs open, i do't have multiple applications running etc.

i mostly use microsoft edge.

Is there anyway to fix this? 

i attached screenshots of the taskmanager. 

i have 1 tab open btw on crhome.

    Use Windows Defender or another trusted antivirus to scan your system for malware or adware, which can cause high RAM usage.

    The 7.6 GB used out of 15.8 GB is exactly 48%—which is actually normal for Windows 11 with 16 GB of RAM. Windows itself typically uses 2.5-4 GB just to run, plus your browser, background services, and drivers.
