Hello 👋, is anybody in there? - Windows insiders program

So, I am a Microsoft Insider but now I am unable to choose the different channels to get the updates, and neither am I able to leave the channel due to problematic updates. As you can see from the attached screenshots the account registered with my insider account and when I try to leave the program by clicking on the link and signing in, it shows an error saying the account is not linked to Insider Program (ss attached). This is extremely concerning for me since it makes absolutely no sense at all, and someone could be messing with my account as I have stated before to the community regarding similar suspicious activities on my Microsoft account. 

Please find the root cause for this serious issue I have been facing for a while now. I need to leave the insider program or change it to the dev channel.
